Tessa Bunney is a British documentary photographer interested in landscapes and how they are shaped by human activity. Home Work was published by Dewi Lewis in 2010 and was exhibited and published nationally and internationally including the Land exhibition as part of the Noorderlicht Festival, 2010.  Her previous project Hand to Mouth, A Journey through the Romanian Carpathians was exhibited and published by Impressions Gallery in 2007. She is now working on a new series Field, Forest and Family exploring the lives of ethnic minority women in southwest China and Northern Laos.


Since graduating from West Surrey College of Art and Design in 1988, Tessa has worked as a documentary photographer undertaking personal projects and editorial photography as well as a wide range of commissions and residencies nationally and internationally.
